Can I search for flights to a specific country or city?
Absolutely! Just use our search bar and type the name of the city, airport, or country you want to fly to.

Why did the flight price change since my last search?
Flight prices can fluctuate due to demand, availability, and timing. We always revalidate searches and show live prices to keep things transparent.

Do your prices include taxes and fees?
Yes! The prices you see include taxes and fees upfront. Only optional extras like baggage, seat selection, or meals might cost extra depending on airlines you book with.

How far in advance can I book a flight?
You can book months in advance! Some airlines may have cut-off times for last-minute bookings so always book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Booking Process

How do I book a flight on Bulatrips?
Booking is easy:

  1. Enter your travel details on Bulatrips.com.

  2. Browse flight options and select your preferred one.

  3. Choose any extras (baggage, seats, etc.) where available.

  4. Enter passenger details.

  5. Complete the payment – we’ll send you a confirmation email.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express debit and credit cards.

Can I book a flight for someone else?
Of course! Just make sure you enter their details exactly as they appear on their passport or ID.

Can I book flights for myself and my child together?
Yes! Simply select the number of adult and child passengers during booking. Remember to enter your child's age accurately for the best fares.

How is booking handled for a newly born child?
Simply inform the airline in advance at the departure airport. An infant under 2 years of age must travel with an adult and share the same seat.

What happens if I don’t complete my payment during booking?
Your flight isn’t confirmed until payment is complete. If you leave before paying, the price and availability may change when you return.

How do I access my booking?
You can view your booking through:

  • The "Manage Bookings" section under your Bulatrips account on the website

  • The booking confirmation email we send you.


How can I change or cancel my flight?
Log into your account, go to "Manage Bookings", select the booking, and follow the steps to modify.  Fees may apply.

What if I spot an error in my booking?
Contact us ASAP!  We may be able to fix minor mistakes within 24 hours of booking without any extra charge.

How long do refunds take?

  • Card payments: 7-14 business days.

  • Other methods: 10-21 days, depending on banks and airline policies.


What is your refund policy?
Please check details of your booking/ticket. Refunds depend on:

  • Booking type (refundable vs. non-refundable).

  • Timing of the cancellation.

  • Service provider policies.


Flight Disruptions

What should I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Don’t worry!  We’ll:

  • Notify you of any cancellation.

  • Assist with rebooking options if possible.

  • Assist with refunds where applicable and possible.


What if I’m denied boarding due to overbooking?

  • Ask the airline for written confirmation.

  • Keep receipts of expenses.

Baggage

What’s the carry-on luggage policy?
Carry-on restrictions vary by airline but typically involve size and weight limits. Check your booking confirmation for specifics.

What if my baggage is lost or damaged?

  • Report it at the airline's baggage desk before leaving the airport.

  • File a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).

  • Keep your baggage tag and receipt.
